Sell 2 Close

This project called for a complete branding and marketing package for a real estate solutions startup. I developed the visual identity, crafted the promo video campaign, and customized a website template to align with the brand’s positioning.

Working across Figma and Adobe tools, I sketched the digital ad layouts and mapped the website flow for stakeholder review, ensuring the branding was consistent across web, video, and social assets. I then produced the launch video—writing the script, building motion graphics in After Effects, and editing the final spot in Premiere Pro.

The result was a cohesive brand system supported by a video and website campaign that gave Sell 2 Close a polished market presence and generated strong reception across real estate audiences.
