I created this Online Property Platform to help bridge the communication gap between owners, tenants, and customers.

The project began in Figma, where I mapped user journeys and built responsive wireframes and interactive prototypes for core features like the tenant portal, calendar, document downloads, and live chat. These prototypes allowed stakeholders to visualize the experience, refine flows, and establish a reusable design system before development. The approved designs were then translated into a responsive HTML5 build with optimized images and chatbot integration for user support.

The project’s success led to several completed retail platform builds that followed its model, using the same Figma system for consistency and scalability.
