Collaborated on the redesign of WyndhamHotels.com, refining user flows and simplifying navigation across high-traffic booking pathways. Improved clarity, responsiveness, and brand alignment within a global enterprise environment.

The existing navigation relied on a cluttered, color-coded structure that created friction in high-traffic areas, particularly within the Travel Bundles booking tool. Users struggled to quickly identify core actions and differentiate between booking pathways.

The objective was to simplify the information architecture without disrupting brand consistency or enterprise functionality.

Our team restructured the navigation system to prioritize clarity, scanability, and responsive behavior across devices.

We transitioned from a visually segmented, color-heavy navigation model to a streamlined, hierarchy-driven nav bar that reduced cognitive load. Core booking categories — Hotels, Flights, and Cars — were reorganized for faster visual recognition and interaction.

My role focused on shaping layout systems, UI components, and responsive states within Figma. I ensured visual alignment with Wyndham’s global brand standards while collaborating closely with development teams to maintain usability and performance integrity.
